Device Discovery:
1. Find phasse - Arrive at common channel for group formation. For listen state channel 1, 6, 11 are used as listen channels.
P2P device will use p2p device interface address for all the exchange of packet for group formation.
During scan - probe request has P2P IE also probe responce has P2P IE.
Probe request - Wild card SSID - "DIRECT-"
